THE ENDURANCE TRAINING PROCESS

On this page I will endeavour to outline the endurance training process in the context of athletes that have unlimited time to train.

I am an Australian Professional Triathlete and 3 time 140.6 Champion and have been coaching individuals of all fitness levels for over 15 years.

I have the experience and knowledge to compile training sessions and programs for the aspiring first time regular exerciser, to the aspiring professional endurance athlete.

My major goal is to facilitate an improvement in quality of life through health education and fitness development, within an inclusive, welcoming and supportive environment.
